I'm impressed with my LibraryThing search widget.
1. It worked, and
2. It was simple to do.
Enter New Zealand into the search box and see what books in my library come up tagged NZ. What do you think?

LibraryThing and Delicious update
Realised I hadn't actually been inserting links, just web addresses in previous two posts so here are the actual links (now that I've worked out how to do it!)
LibraryThing
Delicious
LibraryThing
Delicious
LibraryThing
And here is a link to my LibraryThing catalogue. http://www.librarything.com/catalog/lindanz
Although, I'm not really into cataloguing my books as such; too much like a busman's holiday.

Wiki success
I've discovered that it's all in the product. Initially tried using PBWiki but got stuck then someone put me onto Wetpaint and I haven't looked back since. Very easy to use, very intuitive and I had myself a functioning wiki within a few hours!

Koonji
I have put together a koonji which you can have a look at - http://www.koonji.com/showKoonji.htm?koonjiId=1065
Please let me know what you think.
On hindsight, it might have been better to make a generic guide and not make it library specific.
Not quite sure what I will do with it now...??

Wiki SOS
Trying to put together a wiki for an e-learning centre for staff - a bit sticky. Has potential but need to talk to colleagues.
Also keen to develop a wiki for local history. The advantage of not having to wait around for someone else to update our library local history webpages definitely struck a chord with me as I often have to wait 3-4 months for my updates to appear! Very frustrating.
But I am getting bogged down in the nuts and bolts of making a wiki. Not as easy as a blog I'm finding. And it seems every time I go to the PBWiki manual for some help, that bit of the manual hasn't been created yet (and because it's a wiki it then suggests that I might like to create that page! Me??!! But I know nothing!).
Specifically, I'd like to create template that an individual could save a copy as their own page in the wiki and make changes to. Any wiki experts out there?
