I've discovered that it's all in the product. Initially tried using PBWiki but got stuck then someone put me onto Wetpaint and I haven't looked back since. Very easy to use, very intuitive and I had myself a functioning wiki within a few hours!
That's great news - although setting up your own wiki was definitely above and beyond the call of duty for this exercise - I hope you've added your thoughts to the group wiki. Mylee (PLS)
